The food is entirely organic and natural, from the choice of extra virgin olive oil, to vegetables grown without chemical fertilisers, to meat and fish sourced exclusively from organic suppliers.
The Angelo di Dogana restaurant also offers a pizzeria service, and here too originality takes centre stage: as well as classic pizzas, you can enjoy pizzas made with kamut, soya, barley or rye as the base.
