With very few inhabitants, this small walled village has been completely restored, becoming a veritable open-air museum. Historically belonging to the Malatesta family, it later became a bone of contention between the lordships of Rimini and Urbino.
Access to the village is via a gate situated beneath a tower; immediately afterwards, one crosses a panoramic square, home to the Town Hall, from which a series of narrow streets radiate out, giving the village a typically medieval character.
