Palazzo Milzetti in Faenza. The triumph of Neoclassicism

Milzetti Palace represents one of the most important examples of architecture e neoclassical decoration in Italy. Built between the end of Eighteenth century and the beginning of theNineteenth century at the behest of the noble Milzetti family, the building is now home to the National Museum of the Neoclassical Age in Romagna. The architectural design was entrusted to Giuseppe Pistocchiwhile the interior decoration was the work of the famous painter Felice Giani and its school.
